AppCrew Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the PixU mobile application. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.

1. Image Processing & AI Technologies

PixU utilizes advanced Generative AI models, including Google Gemini, to restore, enhance, and transform your photos. When you use features like AutoMagic, Time Travel, Cinematic Colorize, or Optical Enhance, your uploaded images are securely transmitted to these AI servers solely for processing the requested effects. We do not claim ownership of your photos, nor do we use them to train public AI models.

2. Data Collection and Retention

Processed images are temporarily stored to deliver the high-resolution result back to your device. This data is automatically deleted from our processing servers shortly after completion. We do not maintain any galleries of your uploaded content on our cloud servers.

3. Third-Party Services

To provide our services, we share your image data with Google Gemini AI APIs. Google's use of your data is governed by their own Privacy Policy. They are not authorized to use your personal data for any purpose other than providing the AI processing service for PixU.

4. Data Stability and Diagnostics

We may collect diagnostic data and usage metrics (such as crash logs and feature usage frequencies) to improve app stability and enhance the user experience. This data is anonymized and cannot be linked to your personal identity.
