By downloading or using the PixU application ("App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

1. App Usage and AI Limitations

PixU provides photo enhancement and restoration services using Generative AI models, including Google Gemini. Due to the generative and unpredictable nature of artificial intelligence, AppCrew Studio does not guarantee that the processed output will be 100% historically accurate, flawlessly sharp, or free from artifacts. Features like Time Travel and Cinematic Colorize are artistic interpretations and should be used for entertainment, aesthetic, or creative purposes only.

2. User Responsibility and Content

You are solely responsible for the images you upload to PixU. You agree not to upload any images that contain illegal, explicit, copyright-infringing, or otherwise inappropriate material. We reserve the right to block usage if our safety filters detect inappropriate content.

3. Third-Party Services

Our App utilizes the Google Gemini API to process images. By using PixU, you acknowledge that your data will be processed according to Google's Privacy Policy for their AI services. AppCrew Studio is not responsible for any changes or limitations imposed by third-party providers on their API usage.

4. In-App Purchases and Credits

PixU may utilize a credit system or subscription model for high-resolution processing (2K, 4K) or premium features. All purchases are handled through the respective app stores (Apple App Store) and are subject to their refund policies. Credits or subscriptions do not guarantee specific historical accuracy of AI generation.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.
